With the opening of registration, the organising team is pleased to announce the new session of the 2022 competition.

The 2021 competition rescheduled!
Due to the difficult World Health circumstances, the « Harpe Mosane » organiser of the Felix Godefroid International Harpcompetition, sadly decided to reschedule to a later moment the competition.
We thank all harpists that were preparing for this edition. We’ll contact you as soon as we have more certainty about the dates of the rescheduled competition.

Dear colleagues harpists and friends, here is the information a lot of you were waiting for:
The International Harp Competition Felix Godefroid will take place in Tournai (Belgium) on the 17th ,18th, 19th and 20th of February 2021
The compulsory pieces remain the same
More information about the concerts, masterclasses, workshops will be announced soon.

La session 2020 du 16 au 19 avril 2020 à Tournai est annulée pour cause de coronavirus. Un document officiel est téléchargable.
C’est avec énormément de tristesse que nous devons vous annoncer l’annulation de l’ organisation du Concours International de Harpe Félix Godefroid.
Cette décision est dictée certes par l’étendue du virus et ses conséquences au niveau international, les mesures prises par les autorités locales, mais aussi par le souci de la santé des candidats, du public, des bénévoles, de vos proches et de tous ceux qui permettent au concours d’exister.
Nous sommes conscients des conséquences que cela implique et nous en sommes profondément désolés…
Nous espérons pouvoir reporter l’événement le plus vite possible et vous tiendrons au courant dès que les nouvelles dates seront arrêtées.
Nous vous prions de croire en notre soutien sincère et vous souhaitons beaucoup de courage, tant à titre personnel que professionnel, pour les prochaines semaines.
Un mail sera envoyé aux candidats dans la journée.
A très bientôt ! Nous avons hâte de vous retrouver à Tournai ! Nous vous préparerons un bel évènement motivé par l’amour de la harpe, de la jeunesse et de la Musique qui nous anime tous.

Dear Friends of the International Harp competition Félix Godefroid! Dear Candidates!
The current situation of the National and worldwide sanitary situation is complexe.
For the moment, all cultural activities in Belgium are suspended up to April 5th ( just before the starting of the two weeks school holidays). The organization of the competition has been affected due to the current circumstances. We evaluate the possibilities of maintaining the competition with the sanitary authorities and with the City of Tournai authorities on daily basis.
In case we have to take the sad decision to postpone the competition, be assured that we will keep you immediately informed!
Our most thoughtful thoughts are sent with this message!
